Proper gourmet charring at The Grill in Vancouver BC

Really, wether you are a carnivore or vegantastic who doesn’t love grilled food? Well if you ever have a chance definitely stop by The Grill in Vancouver, BC.

Our adventure started with a delicious growing trend of marrying pork belly and scallops πŸ₯³ but I’m posting this strip sirloin first because it was the star of the show! Perfectly cooked and charred to its too delicious perfection 😍

The pancetta and scallops were really good and the blend of this two flavors is to die for! They went a step above and had a thicker-than-usual cut of bacon, check it out!

Then we had to try the foigras. Every time we enjoy this delicacy or any other meat, we thank and bless the beautiful animals that took part in creating such a unique culinary experience for all of us. So here it is in all its grilled glory, on top of an grilled slice of bread and caramelices peaches to balance the flavors πŸ‘

Then we enjoyed some asparagus with a decadent splash of Bernese, also grilled of course. The added some olive oil that made the final flavor richer than expected.

Verdu Jr. experienced how the Grill serves their surf & turf and looked like this πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Coming to a close we had to try their osobucco too and it was wrapped with bacon and shavings of garlic that help to lower blood pressure…in spirit I was ready to spend all afternoon making love to the stairclimber machine! Well worth it! And a large bottle of wine to cut down the fat πŸ˜‰

And to close this feast my Verdu family had their wonderful fondant du chocolat w fruits πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
